Cancellations
THE USER may cancel his order without any responsibility, as long as said purchase has been carried out in the store and/or www.industriasfreg.com and/or by mail), the order is not in the process of management, manufacturing or delivery and also the cancellation is made by THE USER within 3 (three) calendar days for manufactured products and within the first 24 business hours for stock products, from the completion of the purchase. In the event that the cancellation does not meet any of the conditions described above, the cancellation option may be denied or in some cases a conventional penalty of 20% (twenty percent) of the total cost of the cancellation may be applied to THE USER. order, without requiring an administrative or judicial resolution.
Any cancellation must be expressly accepted by THE USER, within the official Freg cancellation forms before proceeding with the cancellation. No cancellation can be made without such acceptance. A copy of the aforementioned confirmation will be sent to both parties for their safekeeping and administration.
The indicated conventional penalty will only be applicable in the event that THE USER requests the return of the amounts paid to Freg. In the event that THE USER wishes to allocate the amounts paid to acquire any other Freg Stock product either through www.industriasfreg.com or any of its branches or media, said penalty will not be applicable and the amount previously paid will be taken into account for the acquisition of the new product that THE USER selects. Does not apply to manufactured products.
Process to make a cancellation
THE USER can contact by phone +52 (33) 3811 9515 to request cancellation or via email to contacto@industriasfreg.com. or through any point of sale or directly with the sales representative.
For any cancellation THE USER must present proof of purchase.
If the purchase included any gifts or promotions, these will also be cancelled.
Refund Methods
Refunds made to credit and/or debit cards are exclusively for purchases made with that same card. Freg will be in charge of starting the refund process in the next 3 business days of the request, from there on refunds applied to cards issued by financial institutions, processing times will depend on each institution and Freg will have no relationship or responsibility for the process carried out by them.
In refunds to credit cards, a charge of 3.5% of the value of the purchase will be made due to the commission made by the credit card.
Prior agreement between Freg and THE USER, the reimbursement of the amounts paid may be made through an electronic wallet, profile of THE USER contained in Freg or in the digital profile of the client in case these exist at the time of cancellation, which will be delivered to THE USER, upon request of their identification documents, at the indicated Freg branch or in their digital profile. Said amount may be used for purchases in any of Freg’s physical and online sales methods. THE USER may acquire merchandise without restriction of categories or minimum purchase amounts. The balance is valid for 1 year from its issuance, once this period has elapsed, the balance will be considered redeemed.
Reimbursements may also be made by Bank Transfer in favor of THE USER; THE USER accepts that in such a case it is likely that Freg will request additional information, in order to conclude the process.
Returns & Exchanges
Freg and THE USER accept and acknowledge that in the event that the merchandise received is not the one requested in the order generated by THE USER through www.industriasfreg.com, or it does not correspond to the quality, brand and characteristics established as specifications of the product, THE USER may request in writing to contacto@industriasfreg.com or by telephone at +52 (33) 3811 9515 the claim, return, change of merchandise and/or corresponding refund request, as long as the merchandise has not been altered by THE USER. In order to carry it out, it is important that THE USER has and shows proof of purchase, as well as returning the merchandise in good operating and physical condition and without obvious damage due to misuse, beyond the aforementioned claim.
Freg will not have the obligation to return amounts paid by THE USER, or to make the physical exchange of the merchandise for another of a different kind or quality, due to situations or assumptions other than those applicable to the guarantee, including, without limitation, personal tastes of THE USER such as: color, size, product detail, aesthetics, design, image, distribution of space or area intended for its placement, etc.
THE USER accepts and rrecognizes that in the case of merchandise with a special price, single sale or in liquidation there will be no changes or refunds, since, at the time of purchase, THE USER has accepted and consented to the conditions under which said merchandise was offered to the public.
