Notice of Privacy
Based on articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we inform you that INDUSTRIAS FREG, S.A. DE C.V. also known commercially as Freg which is domiciled at Obreros de Cananea 2300-A, Colonia Constitución, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45018, with telephone number 01 (33) 36 10 26 98, with service hours from 09:00 to 17:30, with attention to Lic. Alejandro Quintero Hernandez, who is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use that is given to them and their protection.
Your personal information will be used for the following purposes: a) In order to provide the services we offer, delivery of the merchandise we sell b) preparation of invoices and the purchase process. c) Inform about the status of your purchases d) return and/or exchange of your purchases e) Address doubts, complaints or suggestions from the customer. f) corroborate information provided by third party members of the group g) delivery of the merchandise we sell. h) Inform about the status of their purchases i) Address doubts, complaints or suggestions from the client.

In the collection of personal data we follow the principles established by the Law (article 6): legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.
For the purposes mentioned above, we need to obtain the following data:
*Full Name, *Address, *Age, *RFC, *Landline, *Cell phone, *Email, * Payment information (bank cards, credit or debit, bank account or other payment methods) *Data of the Valid official identification, *Proof of address data, *Handwritten signature, *Invoicing data
The collection of data carried out by Freg is in good faith and for this reason it presumes that they are true, correct, complete and identify the holder who supplies and/or provides them, for which it is the responsibility of the holder that the data that he receives provided to Freg meet such characteristics and are updated as required. Similarly, Freg reserves the right to exercise the actions it deems pertinent in the event of false data.
We note that the foregoing is without prejudice to what is stated in article 26 of the Law and other applicable provisions.
To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data listed in the secondary purposes, the owner must send an email, addressed to Mr. Alejandro Quintero Hernandez to the following email address: contacto@industriasfreg.com, requesting the limitation of use or disclosure in question, where you can request to be included in the internal exclusion lists of not contacting for promotional and marketing purposes. Likewise, you can register in the public registry to avoid publicity from the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (REPEP), by accessing the following link, http://repep.profeco.gob.mx/.
ARCO Rights
It is important to inform you that you have the right to Access, Rectification and Cancellation of your personal data, as well as to Oppose their treatment or to Revoke the consent that you have given us for this purpose.
The owner of the personal data has the right to object to the use of their personal data for the purposes contained in the paragraphs mentioned above. In the event that you wish to exercise this right, the owner of the personal data must do so in accordance with the procedure established in section IV of this Privacy Notice, within 5 business days following the date on which this Privacy Notice has been made available to you, so that the Responsible Party does not process your data for said purposes. Otherwise, it will be understood that the owner consents to the processing of their data for all the purposes listed above.
The owner of the personal data or his legal representative may exercise the rights described above by sending an email to the following email address: contacto@industriasfreg.com, indicating that he requests to exercise his ARCO rights, to the Privacy Office he will send as a response the format for the exercise of ARCO rights, once the request has been received, the Holder must send it duly completed to the address mentioned above, attaching the following documents in scanned copy or PDF: (i) valid official identification, (ii) full name of the owner, (iii) clear description of the personal data subject to the exercise of the right exercised and (iv) documents that prove the legal representation of the owner in case the rights are exercised by their representative. The Responsible will respond to said request within a period not exceeding 20 business days by the same means.
If the request is appropriate, the Responsible within the following 15 business days, will apply the right exercised by the owner.
The Responsible may deny access to personal data, or to make the rectification or cancellation or grant the opposition to the treatment of the same, in the cases established in article 34 of the Law.
The Responsible will not be obliged to cancel the personal data of the owner, under the assumptions established in article 26 of the Law.
Transference of personal data
Freg may transfer your personal data to its affiliated or subsidiary companies that are identified or associated with the brand, trade name or denomination “Freg”, as well as to authorized distributors and/or third-party service providers with whom it has a legal relationship, as well as to National or Foreign Third Parties, the foregoing to comply with any of the aforementioned purposes. Third parties and recipients of personal data have the same obligations and/or responsibilities as Freg in accordance with the provisions of this privacy notice.
