Merchandise purchased through www.industriasfreg.com or any other official Freg means of purchase has a guarantee of 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery.
The guarantee will not be valid once THE USER signed the Delivery Document in accordance with the delivery document at the time of receiving the merchandise and from that moment it will only be applicable against defects in materials or manufacturing and/or hidden defects in the merchandise. , and will not be applicable in the event that THE USER misuses the merchandise, when said defects derive from causes attributable to the USER, or, in the case of merchandise with a special price, single sale or in liquidation.
This guarantee is invalidated in products with fabric, if it is provided by THE USER.
To make the guarantee valid, THE USER will have to send his request to contacto@industriasfreg.com, together with his proof of purchase and the description of the situation for which he makes the guarantee claim. Once the request is received, Freg will open a process and will contact THE USER to review the case carefully and verify if the guarantee is valid.
